1. Accepting these terms

By using phantasylabs.com, booking a strategy call, or engaging our services, you agree to these terms.

2. What we do

PhantasyLabs, a brand of Peepoye Network, provides video content production and conversion services. That includes content strategy, scripting, filming, AI clone creation, editing, publishing, landing pages, follow up and reporting. What you receive is set out in the service agreement signed between us.

3. Who owns what

Everything produced for you, including your videos, your trained voice and likeness models, your pages and the contacts you collect, belongs to you once fees are paid in full. We keep the right to use anonymised performance data to improve our own work. We will only name you as a client or publish a case study with your written consent.

4. Consent and platform rules

You are responsible for making sure published content follows the rules of the platform it goes on, and any rules that govern your own profession. You confirm that you have the right to give us your likeness and voice for use in production, and that consent can be withdrawn in writing at any time.

5. Payment

Payment terms sit in your service agreement. Fees are not refundable once production for a period has started, unless your agreement says otherwise in writing.

6. Limits of our liability

We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from our services. Our total liability will not exceed the fees you paid us in the thirty days before the claim.
