Video production companies in Gurgaon and Delhi NCR: an honest list
Two completely different businesses in Delhi NCR call themselves video production, and mixing them up is the expensive mistake. One makes films: corporate films, ad films, factory shoots, television commercials. That is a project with a script, a shoot day and an ending. The other makes social media video: Instagram, Facebook, YouTube and LinkedIn, week after week, for a year, so that a person or a practice becomes known.
Almost every company advertising video production in Gurgaon and Delhi is in the first business. This list covers both, sorted by the job rather than by rank, and it says who should not hire each one.
We are on this list, in the section for the work we actually do. Every other list in this market puts its author at the top of every category. This one puts us at the top of one and sends you elsewhere for the rest, because a company that claims all of it is telling you something about itself. Every figure on this page can be checked, including ours.
How this list was made, so you can judge it
Every company below was checked on its own website in September 2026. Where a claim is the company's own claim, this page says so, because a number a company prints about itself is not the same as a number somebody verified.
Nobody paid to be here and nobody was asked whether they wanted to be. There are no affiliate links on this page. Companies were included because they do real work in Delhi NCR and because they are good at something specific that we could name.
The order is by job, not by rank, and the social media section comes first because it is the one most people searching this are actually in. If you want a film shot, skip to the sections below it.
The one question that sorts everybody
Do you need a shoot, or do you need a year of video?
A shoot is a project. It has a script, a shoot day, an edit, and an ending. You know what you are buying and you can compare quotes.
A year of video is not a project. It is a schedule that has to survive your own calendar, your travel, your busy season and the week you do not feel like being on camera. Most video that dies does not die because the film was bad. It dies in month two, because the only person who could be in it ran out of time.
Almost every company in this market sells the first one. Read that line again before you brief anyone. A production house is not failing you when the videos stop; producing them was never the part that stopped.
The two jobs also need different people. A film needs a crew, a location and a shoot day. Social media video needs a subject worth watching every week, a reason for the platform to push it, and somewhere for the viewer to go afterwards. A company built for one is not half-built for the other. It is built for something else.
If you need social media video every week: Instagram, YouTube, Facebook and LinkedIn
This is a separate business from film making and almost nobody in Delhi NCR does it as their main work. It is not shooting. It is deciding what to say each week, producing it, publishing it the way each platform pushes it, and building the place a viewer goes afterwards.
PhantasyLabs
Gurugram and New Delhi · part of Peepoye Network
We run social media video for one person or one practice, every week, for a year. Instagram, Facebook, YouTube and LinkedIn. Not television, not cinema, not OTT. We put ourselves first in this section because it is the work we do, and the numbers under it are ours to be checked against.
Our own channel is the proof, and it is public. Peepoye has 1.28 million subscribers on YouTube, 282 million views to date, 14 million hours watched, and more than 37 videos past a million views each. Across everything we have made, our work has appeared on a screen roughly 4 billion times. Nobody else on this page has built an audience of their own, which is the difference between a company that makes video and a company that has had to make video work.
We publish without filming the client, and nobody else here offers it. Since April 2026 we have published 117 reels on our own channel and 95 for a practising doctor with 374,000 followers, and not one person was filmed for any of them. That is 212 videos and 7.18 million views, read off the dashboard on 29 August 2026. The doctor approves every video before it goes out. It works because somebody who has already spoken at length on camera has far more usable material than they realise.
Content strategy is the product here, not a line on the quote. What subject, for which of the four groups of people who could become your customers, in which format, in what order across a year, and what each platform will actually push. Most quotes in this market price the filming and treat the thinking as free, which is why so much good looking content reaches nobody.
And we build what happens after the video. The page a viewer lands on, the payment, and the count of how many arrived, enquired, paid and came back. A view is not a customer until somebody can act on it at eleven at night without telephoning an office the next morning.
For doctors we also know the rules. Three sets apply to a doctor's video at the same time and one of them carries a prison term, covered further down this page and in its own article.
Hire us if your own face is the business, you need to be visible every week, and you have run out of hours to be visible in. Do not hire us for a corporate film, a plant or factory shoot, a television commercial or an OTT project. We do not do that work, and the sections below name the companies that do.
If you want an animated explainer video
Broadcast2World
Production in Gurugram · sales office in New Jersey · founded 2009
The most established animation house in this region by a distance, and one of the few Indian studios that sells mainly to overseas software companies. They work in 2D, 3D, motion graphics, whiteboard and mixed media, and their site names Siemens, Amazon AWS, Fujitsu and Red Hat among clients.
They publish their prices, which almost nobody here does. Their site states animated video starting at 2,400 US dollars a minute, with a sixty second video averaging around 2,800 dollars, four to six weeks to deliver, and two weeks for a rush at a 500 dollar surcharge.
Hire them if you sell software or a technical product and you need the idea explained before anyone will buy it. Do not hire them if you want a person on camera. Animation is the whole business and a face is not what it is for.
Prismart Studio
New Delhi
Motion graphics, 3D, augmented and virtual reality, and a large amount of recent work made with AI tools. Their site claims over 600 AI video projects delivered.
Hire them if the thing you are selling has to be shown rather than filmed, like a machine, a building or a process. Do not hire them if you want the camera work and the animation from one team; animation is where the weight of the studio sits.
If you want a corporate film for a large company
FlowInk Pictures
Delhi NCR, with work across Gurgaon, Noida, Faridabad and Ghaziabad · also Bangalore
The clearest enterprise record in the region. Their site shows IBM, Amdocs, Allianz, Aditya Birla Group, Mahindra First Choice and Cashify among clients, and claims more than 2,000 projects and over ten years of work. They cover corporate films, ad films, explainers, training video, testimonials and corporate photography.
Hire them if you have a brand team, a review process and a company film that has to pass four people before it goes out. Do not hire them if you are one person with no marketing department; that process is built for a company, and you will pay for it.
ZakMedios
New Delhi, Kalindi Kunj Road · associate offices in Dubai and London
Corporate video alongside events, presentations and audiovisual work for the room itself. Client logos on their site include Asian Paints, Coca-Cola, ArcelorMittal, KPMG, Abbott and the French Embassy.
Hire them if the film is part of a bigger event, a conference or an annual day, and somebody needs to own the screens as well as the footage. Do not hire them if you want one short film and nothing else; you are hiring more company than you need.
IndieVisual
Gurgaon, working across many Indian cities
The broadest format list of anyone here: corporate films, ad films, explainers, product demos, event coverage, testimonials, animation, podcast video and AI video. Their site claims 2,000 videos across 200 clients and names Philips, Finolex, Usha and HomeLane among them.
Hire them if you need several different kinds of video this year and you would rather brief one team than five. Do not hire them if the job is unusual and needs a specialist; breadth is the strength here, not depth in one craft.
If you want an ad film
Cybertize Media Productions
Headquartered in Gurugram · founded 2019 · also works in Noida and Delhi
Ad films, short films, brand storytelling and both 2D and 3D animation from the same house, which is less common than it sounds. Reported clients include Nestlé and The Indian Express.
Hire them if the film needs a story and a look rather than a list of features. Do not hire them if you want a plain factual explainer at the lowest price; that is not the work they are built for.
UFI Productions
Delhi NCR · their site states over twenty years of work
The most film-side company on this list. Feature films, documentaries and music videos released through Zee Music sit beside their corporate work, along with drone work, factory and plant shoots and real estate video.
Hire them if you need a crew that can handle a difficult location: a plant floor, a construction site, a large property. Do not hire them if your video lives on Instagram and YouTube and has to be made every week. Film-grade production is slow on purpose.
If your budget is small and you want to talk to the person doing the work
Crust Videos
New Delhi · founded 2020 · fewer than ten people
A small studio working with small and mid-sized businesses. The person you brief is usually the person who edits.
Hire them if you have one video, a real budget limit, and you want to be able to reach somebody. Do not hire them if you need four cities filmed in the same week. A team of under ten has a ceiling and it is an honest one.
If you want the video and the website from one place
Crux Creative Solutions
Udyog Vihar Phase V, Gurugram · their site states over eleven years · also an office in Ontario
A full creative agency where video is one service beside branding, website design and development, search and paid advertising. Their site shows more than a hundred client logos including Philips, Daewoo India and Idemitsu.
Hire them if the video is part of a launch that also needs a page, a brochure and the ads to run behind it. Do not hire them if film is the only thing you want; a specialist house will out-shoot a generalist on the day.
If you run a clinic or a practice
The honest warning before you hire anyone
Applies to every company above
A doctor in India is not an ordinary advertiser. The medical council's ethics code, the Drugs and Magic Remedies Act of 1954 and consumer law all apply to a doctor's video at the same time, and the Act carries prison in it for advertising a cure for any of the 54 conditions in its Schedule.
Most production companies have never read any of it, and they will not know what they do not know. A good film with the word cure in it is a worse outcome than no film. Before you sign with anybody, ask them which rules apply to your speciality and listen to whether the answer is specific.
Running a doctor's video properly is seven separate jobs and most companies are built for two or three. The full article naming all seven, and who covers which, is here.
What this work costs in Delhi NCR
Almost nobody in this market publishes a price, so the honest answer is a range and not a number. Broadcast2World is the exception and states 2,400 US dollars a minute for animation, which is roughly two lakh rupees a minute at September 2026 rates and sits at the premium end because they sell mostly to companies abroad.
For live-action work in Delhi NCR the bands people quote against are wide. A single interview or testimonial filmed in one place is the cheapest thing on any rate card. A corporate film with a crew, a location and a proper edit is several times that. A television-grade ad film with a director, a cast and grading is several times again. The largest single cost is almost always the shoot day, which is why the same script can cost four times as much depending on how many days and how many people it takes.
Ask for the quote broken into pre-production, shoot and post-production. A company that will not break it up is usually protecting a margin rather than a method.
How long a video takes
Animation runs longest because everything has to be built. Broadcast2World publishes four to six weeks as standard and two weeks as a rush, which is a fair picture of the whole category. A filmed corporate video is usually two to four weeks from brief to final cut, with the shoot itself taking one or two days of that. Anything needing a script approved by a legal or medical reviewer adds a week that nobody puts in the estimate.
Six questions to ask before you sign
- Who is actually on the shoot? The person who pitched you is often not the person who turns up.
- How many rounds of changes are included, and what does the next one cost? This is where most disputes happen.
- Who owns the raw footage? Many contracts hand over the final cut only, and you will want the rest in two years.
- What happens after the video is delivered? If the answer is nothing, plan for that yourself before you spend.
- Can I see work from my own industry? A beautiful showreel from another sector proves craft, not understanding.
- What is the price per finished minute if I commit to a year? Everyone quotes per project, and per year is where the real difference shows.
The thing no list can tell you
Video only earns anything when somebody who watched it can do something next. A phone number catches the people who are ready to speak to a stranger. Most people who watch a video at eleven at night are not those people, and if there is nowhere quiet for them to go, the view is all you get.
So ask whoever you hire what happens after the video. If they only talk about the video, you now know exactly what you are buying, which is fine as long as you also know what you are not.
Common questions
Which are the main video production companies in Gurgaon?
Broadcast2World runs its production out of Gurugram and specialises in animated explainer video. IndieVisual is a Gurgaon production house covering corporate films, ad films, product and animation work. Cybertize Media Productions is headquartered in Gurugram and works on ad films, short films and 2D and 3D animation. Crux Creative Solutions is a full creative agency in Udyog Vihar Phase V where video sits alongside branding and web work. FlowInk Pictures works across Gurgaon from Delhi NCR.
Which video production companies work across Delhi NCR?
FlowInk Pictures, ZakMedios and UFI Productions all work across Delhi, Gurgaon and Noida. Prismart Studio and Crust Videos are based in New Delhi. Most production houses in this region treat Delhi, Gurgaon, Noida, Faridabad and Ghaziabad as one working area, so location matters less than the kind of work they do.
How much does a video production company cost in Delhi or Gurgaon?
Almost none publish prices. Broadcast2World is the exception and states 2,400 US dollars per minute for animated video, with a sixty second video averaging around 2,800 dollars. For live action the cost is driven mostly by the number of shoot days and the size of the crew, so a single-location interview is the cheapest work on any rate card and a television-grade ad film with a director and cast is the most expensive. Ask for the quote split into pre-production, shoot and post-production.
How long does it take to make a corporate video in India?
A filmed corporate video usually takes two to four weeks from brief to final cut, with one or two of those days being the shoot itself. Animated video takes longer because everything is built rather than filmed: Broadcast2World publishes four to six weeks as standard and two weeks for a rush order. Any script needing legal or medical review adds about a week that estimates rarely include.
What is the difference between a video production house and a content agency?
A production house sells a project with an ending: a script, a shoot, an edit and a delivered file. A content agency sells a schedule: video produced and published continuously, usually with a plan for what happens after somebody watches. Most companies advertising video production in Delhi NCR are production houses, which matters because a project ends and a schedule has to survive your calendar for a year.
Who is best for an animated explainer video in Delhi NCR?
Broadcast2World, whose production team is in Gurugram, has been making animated explainer video since 2009 and works mainly with software and B2B clients including Siemens, Amazon AWS and Red Hat. Prismart Studio in New Delhi is the other specialist, covering motion graphics, 3D and augmented and virtual reality work.
Who does social media video production in Gurgaon and Delhi NCR?
Very few companies in Delhi NCR do social media video as their main work, because most video production companies are built around shoots with a start and an end. PhantasyLabs, in Gurugram, runs weekly video for one expert or one practice across Instagram, Facebook, YouTube and LinkedIn, including the content strategy, the publishing, the page a viewer lands on and the reporting, and publishes without filming the client each week. IndieVisual and Cybertize Media in Gurgaon and FlowInk Pictures across Delhi NCR all produce social content as part of a wider production service. The difference to check is whether a company is selling you a set of videos or a schedule that runs for a year.
Who should a doctor or clinic in India hire to make videos?
Whoever you hire needs to know the rules before the craft. Three sets apply to a doctor's video at once: the Indian Medical Council ethics regulations of 2002, the Drugs and Magic Remedies (Objectionable Advertisements) Act of 1954, and consumer law with its guidance on misleading advertisements and endorsements. The 1954 Act carries up to six months imprisonment on a first conviction for advertising a cure for any of the 54 conditions in its Schedule. Ask a prospective agency which rules apply to your speciality and judge the answer on how specific it is.
Should I hire a video production company or an agency that also runs the videos?
They are different businesses rather than different price points. Hire a production house when the job has an ending and a fixed brief: a company film, an ad, a plant shoot. Hire a team that runs social media video when your own face is the product and something has to appear every week for a year, because the usual reason expert and clinic content stops is not production quality, it is the owner's calendar in month two. A production house is not built to carry a weekly schedule, and a social video team is not built to run a film crew.
Who owns the raw footage after a shoot?
It depends entirely on the contract, and many Indian production contracts hand over the final edited film only. Ask before signing, because raw footage is what lets a second company re-cut the material two years later without paying for a new shoot.
Every company on this page was checked on its own public website in September 2026, and claims about team size, client names, years of experience and project counts are the company's own published claims unless stated otherwise. Nobody paid to appear here and there are no affiliate links on this page. PhantasyLabs published this article and appears in the social media video section, which is the work it does; it is not listed in the film production sections because it does not do that work. Our subscriber, view, watch time and reel figures are read from YouTube Studio and our own dashboard on the dates given and can be checked on the public accounts; the screen count is calculated from the channel's click-through rate rather than read off a single screen. Prices and timelines move, so treat every figure here as a guide and ask for a current quote.
